Shipping Policy

We work to process and ship IKEEPFIT orders carefully. Timing can vary by destination, stock status, carrier, weather, customs, and peak periods.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard delivery to the contiguous U.S. typically takes 7-12 business days after dispatch (estimated 9-15 business days total).

Other destinations and delays

If service is available, delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, rural areas, and other destinations may take longer. Peak periods, weather, customs, and carrier delays may also affect delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking events to update after dispatch.

Delivery estimates and address issues

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Please check your shipping address before ordering. If tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, contact the carrier first, then email service@ikeepfit.net with your order and tracking number.
