IKEEPFIT wants every customer to receive working products and clear support. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not work as expected, contact us for review.

Basic warranty

Eligible IKEEPFIT products include one year of warranty support from the confirmed purchase date.

VIP support route

Confirmed VIP registration upgrades eligible product support to two years, subject to order verification and policy exclusions.

Return support
